We collect your email, byline, submitted work, attached files, policy acknowledgment and optional biography, statement and accessibility description. These support editorial review, correspondence, and agreed publication.
Assigned reviewers and authorized editorial staff can access private submissions. The public sees only approved issue content and publication credits, never your email or private notes.
Unpublished submissions are retained for the configured period, currently 24 months, subject to active editorial work and legal needs. Removal is performed through an explicit administrative process. Published editions and consent records form part of the permanent publication record.
A necessary, secure session cookie supports editorial sign-in. Reading position, saved issue IDs and the opened-issue reading trail are stored locally on the reader’s device. There is no advertising or analytics integration built into this application.
Transactional email uses the publisher’s configured provider. AI processing requires a separate opt-in and a configured service. No permission for AI training is granted.
Use the Contact page to request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion. The publisher must confirm final operational and jurisdiction-specific terms before opening production submissions.
